Set my target this morning… 20 pounds by the end of May.

That’s 1.5 lbs a week… 2327 calories a day.  Doable I think.   And just a 5 pounds lighter than my low last summer.

After that it gets harder but this should help…

It’s hard for someone who is apposed to big government to support stimulus and budget plans that feel gigantic but this type of spending is something I can really endorse. Good choice Mr President, good choice.
