Waiting for the Beat

Waiting for the Beat to Kick in but it Never Does
I thought religion was for the week minded but I’m beginning to believe that the church must have been put in place by some very intelligent men.
Is there a better way to manipulate and pacify the populace than to make them willing participants in their own mind control?
Religious leaders have contended for millennia that burning incense is good for the soul. Now, biologists have learned that it is good for our brains too.
…an international team of scientists, including researchers from Johns Hopkins University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, describe how burning frankincense (resin from the Boswellia plant) activates poorly understood ion channels in the brain to alleviate anxiety or depression.
The FASEB Journal
Well imagine that, the church is actually providing some relief for people with depression.
An interesting form of mind control… create the poison of guilt and then make sure you are the antidote.
